At Oneself Botanicals, we take pride in offering premium loose leaf teas crafted with carefully selected botanicals. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened tea products or other consumable items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request assistance, please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- You received an incorrect product.
- Your order was missing an item.
- The product has a verified quality issue.

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Opened loose leaf tea
- Opened consumable products
- Products showing signs of use or misuse
- Gift cards
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless required by law)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Oneself Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather
- Carrier service interruptions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout
- Other events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

- Contact the shipping carrier to open a delivery inquiry.

While we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier, Oneself Botanicals is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
